I can confirm that call for help doesn't always work I posted it in the bugs forum someone else in there also confirmed you can revive people if they are still looking at the kill screen. And 9/10 people see kill screen then respawn screen and ass...

Yeah I stole some dude's dropship flew around a bit to see the changes in handling and then all I could really do was fly it as high as I could then bail out, would have been nice to be able to land it and steal it completely.

I think swarms are fine if the lock on was too much quicker tanks would be useless solo'ing a tank with swarms should only happen if the driver is drunk.
