I too have noticed a more than marginal decrease in ISK payouts, which is stupid. CCP has been lowering payout amounts since codex now, and now with the LP they probably want you to play that so they decrease isk payouts. It's a double edge sword ...

There was an idea awhile back to add respec options at the cost of scaling SP. it went something like this: first respec - 1 million SP cost second - 3 million third - 5 million etc.... This would greatly discourage FOTM chasing.
