Day 1 of the patch, people are still most likely stacking HP because they feel dmg mods are useless. Combine with this new A/Ck.0 light frames with no SP investment and people start spammin proto gear. Give it a while, and people start regen tank...

Exactly what i stated. Magsex. Also the LP Ak.0 is bugged, thusly i took my first alt and skilled straight into it. Edit: it's supposed to have 2/3 layout, but the 2nd high is a sidearm for some reason.
