My level 4 minmatar commando is sometimes reloading my level 3 reload CR at 0 skill speed. Odd. Minmatar assault bonuses don't even apply until 5 minutes into that life, and it resets each life.

My min commando was tracking a scout through a wall at around 30-40 meters.... Git switched son? Also it appears to be extremely buggy, my friend had entire sockets lighting up in his calscout, and other games he would get shotgunned by a sentinel.
