I'd agree with getting rid of the default vehicle fits that everyone gets when they release, but militia vehicles should still be available for purchase and use as BPOs along with all other militia gear for dropsuits and vehicles.

I've found it nearly impossible to test numbers in this game...there's no damage output listed on screen or a combat log to look at. The numbers shown on the fittings screen could be a display error so there's no way for us to truly verify anything.
