If I remember correctly 2 complex camps with a proto cloak active will make you unscannable. Drop by the barbershop if you have any other questions. That is where most of us long time scouts hang out and chat about scoutly things.

Yes it will boost the damage of the weapon. Damage mods work on weapon type not the slot they are placed in.

I believe it rounds to the nearest whole number. So 17.1 would round down to 17 and 17.55 would round up to 18. I think this is how it works, if I remember correctly.

I would go with the scp over the flaylock, but you certainly could replace the SMG for the flaylock as the flaylock is an excellent finishing weapon if you are accurate. I personally would drop the plate and go with either a kin cat or a ferroscal...
