Hi guys,
Hope you're all doing well,
I am about to skill Lv. 5 on Gallente Scout (Already skilled at Lv. 5 on Profile Dampeners). I'd like to avoid being scanned by Proto Lv. 5 Caldari Scout.... roughly how many Complex Profile Dampeners should I equip? 2 or 3?

If I remember correctly 2 complex camps with a proto cloak active will make you unscannable. Drop by the barbershop if you have any other questions. That is where most of us long time scouts hang out and chat about scoutly things.

You need 3 to be unscannable all the time, or 2 to be unscannable whilst a proto cloak is active.
You have long since made your choice. What you make now is a mistake.

He means the forum section. Click the link. In terms of a chat channel in game, many of us are in Scouts United, though there are many others, sometimes even several non scouts that frequent there.
