Why do players need cloaks in the first place? You're acting as if cloaks make the Scouts. I don't use cloaks because I don't need them if I want to blast a hole in your face. I'm sure the veteran Scouts would agree.

Whatever you do, don't play Domination with Knives. I found that out a few months ago when I equipped a basic set to my profile dampened MinLogi... I could only kill snipers.

My Scout GK.0 has a profile damp, range amplifier, kincat, and cardiac regulator in its lows. For its highs, it has 2 shields. In total, it's eHP is at a whopping 395. It's not brick tanked and the build is fairly Scouty.
