Are you guys sure that a GalScout's profile will round up to 15 dB from 14.15 dB? I have played at least 40 games with a dual Complex Profile Dampened GalScout, and I have yet to see the, "You have been scanned," message whilst my Ishukone Cloak ...

Let's work it out. I just hope I'm right. So, a maxed GalScout with 2 complex damps will have a profile of 15.72 dB. With a proto cloak on, that number should drop to around 14.15 dB. A CalScout with 4 enhancers will be able to scan down to 14.91...
