You're much better off replacing those MLT Kin Cats with dual Complex Dampeners, the Kin Cats are giving you what? +9% Sprint Speed, on an Amarr Logi? Yeah, its a horrible fit.

Yeah Roner, why are you using two enhanced damps (Or even Enhanced Dampeners at all?) Two Enhanced only brings you down to ~20, enough to dodge a Proto scan, but the Basic Dampener can get you under Proto, is there some hidden benefit I am not aw...
