About a month ago I got 3 Balacs and 3 Gaston Forge guns in the same pub match in salvage... which got me wondering... what are the effing odds that you get 2 sets of officer weapons in a pub match? Has anyone else done this or should I have immediately booked a ticket to vegas and put the fortune down on 00 on the roulette wheel?
p.s. will trade for thales when player market comes open or them come up with a decent officer SCR.

seems like i never get officer weapons in pubs... but that one time i got 2 hmg's and 3 fg's felt like a lottery win...

To be fair I did pop 8 tanks with a Forge but that was surprising.

Doesn't matter how well I do in FW. Even if I knock out a python, kill 10 Proto suits and place top 3...I still get 1 enhanced extender and a STD AR.

It Happens...the enhancer is pretty much the cheapest module there is and if i have an empty high slot with almost no CP/PG left I often throw one on :) lol

A year and a half ago I got a tank. In the salvage. I stared at it for a while.
This is back when tank shells cost about 200,000 isk to purchase, and before an item wipe.

No you didn't. Officers weapons drop in max stacks of three. There is no way you got 20 Thale's in a single match.

The salvage system is... (fill the blank)
FW salvage seems to be getting worse in terms of quality AND quantity. Now usually max. number of items I get from FW is 3 or 4. Used to be more I think?
Also, because people you shitfits, I'll get stuff like militia light mod or such.
To be honest I HAVE gotten some protosuits also but it's rare.

Me and a fellow scout were in spambush, only, just the two of us and no other team. At the end of the 'match' [consisting of DS fights, turning the map into NFS and sprint racing] he got a boundless HMG.

Right now the only slavage only weapon that I'm interested in is the IA5 Scrambler Pistol, that thing is sweet with it's increased zoom and range.

Lol, my main (this character) hasn't gotten any officer weapons, or any salvage better than ADV weapons since Uprising launched (from pubs). I feel like someday I will get all that officer sh!t in one go, at least this is what I keep telling myself.
R.I.P. Pre-1.7 tanks, you will be missed.

I don't understand why I have ~150 of these. Only remember getting them from salvage few times.
