But it's pretty simple. Just flank most of the time but you can also confront head on. Use the shield as buffer to react before they hit your armor and get out of sight. Also it comes with 2 comp reps to recover faster to do more hit and run.

And no it wouldn't work with a logi. You have less sprint and stamina and dampening. With a logi, you can only go 2 of those not 3 like the scout.

Btw the suit has 560 total hp.. It's not that tanky

It's not that tanky I remember going against Roner General in a fit that maybe is that he had the same amount of armor but the rest is unknown he ended up going 18/3 with a heavy stacked team while I went 17/6 in a standard g-scout "But we have been blessed"

Do you know what they run? My dampener scout fit doesn't have any tank. It's like 470 hp.
