This goes IF they implement the New Galente Logi bonus. The Math suggest that when scanned by a "standard" proto scanner, a medium frame needs 3 dampeners to avoid it, same goes for scouts, except the Galente which comes With a build in one. ...

Don't forget that the MD will get a 10% ROF bonus as long as you use an Assault suit... A 700 + HP Cal Assault suit With Gauged hives and 2 damage mods + Freedom massdriver might be a very solid setup....
