Most PC players already use a third party app for voice Comms. But it doesn't mean that the game shouldn't have a robust voice chat client. Communications is going to be a part of the NPE so I'll be keeping a close eye on this.

Don't know that yet. I understand that the 'voting booth' for lack of a better term is still being worked on. And I really want a way for a player to know how much time they need to spend on a toon for it it to qualify for a vote.
