Heli Jumper from AE (previously O.H... ) is a beast with the Allotek Burst Rifle. I can't make that weapon work for me. Sometimes I give it a try, then I immediately run to the supply depot and switch back to my TAC.

Make the "+1 HP armor repair bonus" actually a bonus . If you don't fit any armor repairer or reactive plate, you shouldn't receive any bonus to your non-existent armor regeneration. This would prevent Logi's from tanking extreme amounts of HP ...
