The 4 rifles are actually balanced, just saying... no need to nerf anything. AR is still extremely easy to use and does full damage up to 48m. Scrambler Rifle is LOL powerful with insane DPS and 80m range. I don't see any reason to nerf the Rai...

Honestly, I don't like any of your suggestions. If the rifles are balanced against each other, why changing the base mechanics? If anything, lower the damage of... let's say 5% for all rifles?

I mostly run ADV weapons on a PRO suit as defeault choice (about 100.000 ISK per suit), but I don't have problems making ISK in Publics. I do run out of money easily when I play Caldari FW
