Logistic suit outclassed by everything in one on one? My pure logibro setup kills most suits with just standard weapons. I can't take an aware heavy with it, but that's about it. If you want to be outclassed, be a Minmatar Scout. (amirite, gais?)...

Sidetracking a bit, I think that Caldari should get a heavy suit before anyone gets anything else. That way, we'll have a second heavy frame, a second Caldari suit, AND a shield tanked heavy. It's a win on three fronts.

I hope they reduce the damage on the Recruit's Plasma Rifle, so I can dual arm them on my Commando. (As if I don't generate enough hate with the A-I as it is.)
