Assault ak.0 probably has the best bonus in the game, assuming you run ScR.
Otherwise, probably better to stick with the basic, yeah.

Exactly! lol And really, there's no good reason not to run ScR. Carthum or Viziam with a complex mod or two and you're pretty much set for the game.

Best part is that the bonus applies to all levels of the assault suit, so if you don't need a 3/3 layout, you can still get 25% heat reduction on an A-1 provided that you have Amarr Assault to lvl 5.

I giggle when people mention prices on suits. The prototype of what I wear costs 94,425 ISK... for the suit alone. lol. I never get the pleasure of using this thing because, well, I feel as though something truly demanding needs to arise before I use that suit to combat. A-I is good enough for me.

but a logi is useful and therefore has a greater intrinsic value.
my advanced scout has less ehp than a starter fit. not enough cpu or pg to fill all it's slots, and not enough slots to do it's job.
the commando, oh god the commando laughs at the notion of fitting, and viability.
