I heard they're going to nerf my Logi. Bullshit.

I'm a full proto Logi now... and I still feel like an ant being crushed by giants. And this is after about 6 months of active boosters. As it is now a Logi is outclassed by everything in 1 on 1 combat except maybe a foolish Scout. Taking away my armor is going to make my Logi a glass cannon and a weak, slow one at that. I'm sorry but if you nerf Logis and NOT RAIL AND COMBAT RIFLES then I will simply STOP PLAYING THE GAME.

What they have told us is that they are going to make it so logistics suits are less dominant as front line combat suits are more specialized to work as support suits (ie. repping, resupplying, hacking, and the like). They have not said how they are going to make these changes come about how ever, so speculation abounds. I seriously doubt that removing equipment slots would make logis logi more. It would probably make them fit for more agressive play which would entirely defeat the point. On a side note your threat to quit means absolutly nothing to any of us, including CCP. People quit and start games all the time. Some loss is inevitable with any changes. The end result of statements like "I'm going to quit if x happens," is making your other points seem less valid. This is the same kind of argument that kids use. Remeber people saying, "if you do x I won't be your friend any more?" Well that is what you are doing. Threatening to not be CCP's friend. The difference between the kids statement and yours is that when your a kid the idea of loosing a friend is actually scary. To a huge corporation or the larger player base the threat of loosing you isn't scary at all. Sorry to break it to you but you just don't matter than much. Man, life and reality are harsh some of the time aren't they. Fun > Realism

Being part of the crowd does not detract from the value of the individual. I'm not the only person who's been a loyal customer of Nintendo for the past 15 years, and I assure you if they stopped making me happy with their products I would not be the only one whose business they lost. Every dissatisfied customer in a business has the potential to give that business bad advertisement by telling other people they shouldn't buy from them.

Sure companies want your buisness but they aren't going to deviate from their plan just to please you. They are trying to appeal to either a generalized view of the consumer or a specialized group of consumers. Your $90 isn't that much in the scheme of CCP's earnings and since you have already payed $90 (which is well in excess of what most games cost) CCP doesn't really have much motivation to help just you. Now if you were saying something more along the lines of "I would be willing to give you more money for x feature and I would really push all my friends to also pay more money for x," then you telling the company something they want to hear. Remeber, it is really all about how you phrase things. For example: Helpfull comment from CCP's point of view "I am really interested in more EVE /DUST514 interaction since it would make the game more fun." Unhelpful comment from CCP's point of view "The EVE/DUST514 interaction sucks." One tells CCP what you are looking for in a positive encouraging way, the other makes the writer seem like an idiot who needs to be ignored. Fun > Realism

May be you should go to search area and Type in Logi Slayer, lolLogi, Cal Logi, Gal Logi and so on...

Who will it be you or me? LOL You are also wrong thinking there are not thousands of people that also want the logi nerfed out of the assault class and into the logi class. CCP will lose players if they do or if they don't depending on the side of the fence on the subject. All the same they possibly can make some come back either way.
