I think because a lot of the recent events have been rewarded through the daily missions people have gotten used to it being on a per character basis, that and the last mcc was per character, rather than the old style per account

If I use a cr against a Caldari suit it feels like the bullets are just bouncing off, I have to rely on fluxing them instead. But I guess the AR profile is better suited to the job
