i do think the right stick should turn the vehicle instead of look around. However i have not used a lot of the modules or repper but just the same as your character you can't turn while weapon wheel is open i think it should at least be a selecta...

ok i see where you are coming from but what if your team gets pushed back and now you earn no points while trying to push out of the red zone then everyone will just quit game instead trying new tactics to come out of the red zone.

I know that is why I use the Drop Uplink so our squad doesn't spawn all apart from each other. A Drop Uplink is a great way to start a round grouped already.
