I definitely miss how often you had to reload in the middle of a 1 v 1 back in beta. Now you can kill people in half a clip or just a single hmg burst. Longer TTK meant more thrilling engagements.

I only have a cloak on my PC flanking/uplink suit now. All the rest of my scout fits are cloak free. The change in passive scans while cloaked didn't really effect my play style, however, the uncloak delay is a total ***** now.
