I say that some actions should be taken to make a scout useful again. About the radar vision at least, when cloacked you are completely blind and this is very very bad. Teamvision was a great introduction I believe, and yes, its ok that it has to disappear when a scout gets into cloack mode and makes his way deep into enemy lines, I understand and fully agree with this decision. just my opinion is that it should remain personal just for the scout himself, that's quite reasonable and is what EWAR stands for.

Logistics have more range.

It's time to implement ping based match making.

The delay should NOT BE on the decloack animation BUT ON the weapon ONLY (i'm saying a delay on the weapon you're about to use when you decloack): For istance, if you are cloacked and a vehicle approaches you throw AV grenades, the first one has delay but the second one should not, actually you are visible already but yet you have delay penalty just because you are still in the cloack mode even though visible. That's bad, I got killed for this issue several times, also equipment drop should be normal as usual and not delayed too.
