I dont think the move to the ps4 will be immediate but more of a cultural shift thing. However do expect an early client on the ps4 that co-exists with the ps3. As more ps3's retire the likelyness the focus to ps4 migration will happen.

scout suits have built in sensor obsurfication. IE Sensor cloaking As for types of cloaking I would rather much have sensor stelath over visual sealth.
