Scouts are still tissue paper. Once spotted you are almost always dead. I find speed is the most important. If you can sprint at 10m/s you can flank fast enough to get the drop on people. The speed also allows you to avoid large groups of enemies...

It's DS3 actually. I have x movement speed set at 90 and aim assist off. So that's why I can move so quickly and be so accurate....or inaccurate when I'm having a rough game. I do use the joystick extenders so I have more precision as well.

Just thought I would update my thoughts on the new research outpost. I feel it could use more routes to get out of objective bravo. Currently there are 4 or 5 ways to get into bravo and only one exit.
