Mass driver damage is fine, it needs to lose camera dis-alignment.. Forge guns are also fine. It does not say anywhere in the description they are an anti-vehicle weapon. Deal with it.

All melee attacks consume 50% of maximum stamina. Nova Knife primary attack is exempt from this still. Doesn't fix the glitch, but it cripples its effectiveness. After real fix, return things to the way they were.
