There shouldent even be the option to use it. Its a pathetic option not for people who dont want to use a controller, but rather people who want to beat people with controllers.

It clearley gives you an unfair advantage agianst people who use controllers and being a game for the system and not a computer, theres no good reason for it to even be apart of the game. Especially sence the buff not makes it tottaly unrealistic, being as your character can spin in a complete instant with the buff, while people who play to have fun and a fair fight, using a controller get stomped on, by people with this unfair pathetic advantage.

You're out of your damn mind if you think the Kb/M got buffed, since uprising the mouse has been programmed to mimick the analog sticks.. Not to mention the mouse DOES NOT get aim assist..

So turn your aim assist off then use your palm to aim your analog stick, come back and tell me how easy thart was for ya...

My only opinion is, if DS3 gets the luxury of aim assist, kb/m should get the luxury of raw input.. Because I've used both today and if you're good with the DS3 it has an advantage over the mouse in its current state especially when it comes to ADS...

We are not using raw input right now. Currently there is still additional acceleration at certain mouse scrolling speeds which is not normal.

This means it is still attempting to emulate the analog, which is bad. And CCP should feel bad.

The aiming with KB/M is faster now, however it feels too lose when aiming down the sights. Granted I will get used to it, but the aim assist people are getting is crazy. Tearing me up from all sorts of badass ranges where before they wouldn't land shots.

I will say this though, in your rage you made a critical mistake. EoN is not a corp, its an alliance. Whatever your views on an entire alliance's strategy for holding land in PC, I don't think it translates well to apprising an individual player's skill.

So feel free to continue to hurtle insults around on the forum. I, personally, think it just makes you look like a child.. but I can understand its theraputic properties for sure.

btw, when you die to someone in a long range battle, I wouldn't necessarily go straight to 'kbm hacks'. The kbm support in dust prior to 1.4 has been less than stellar (sounds like its still not that great), and will continue to be as long as its analog emulation as opposed to raw input. kbm was never OP, you have probably just died to more skilled players, of which I can almost guarantee was a fairly equal distribution of DS3 and KBM users, as I suspect the game has a fairly equal distribution of the two input methods as well.

Really not sure what your complaining about AnALoggins but since I joined this game back in closed beta I've had the "Aim-Assist" option off (working or not it isn't how I play and I don't need) and I have continued to stomp KB/M players and DS3 players alike into DUST. (Ha) If you think the KB/M is OP so what? Prove to them us console players with controllers held in hand can keep up and even surpass computer KB/M players no matter how unbalanced it is. (Which I don't really think it us but meh, who am I right?)
