Make me it so they recharge delay can't be better on the min ass...also make it so you recharge while being shot but at half the rate..say I have mine set to 80 recharge but while being shot I recharge at 40 since that's half But it'll still stay ...

Make it so shields recharge like armor (at all times) yes it'd be hard to kill but it's got less hp and no dmg mods.. Make it unique just for Caldari so people can't dual tank and get the no recharge time, min is too fast so they don't need it eit...

The ASCR has been garbage since its release.. Let's not talk about changing it till the fix then We can see..also AR does 110-90. ASCR 120-80. 90% of the playerbase uses armor so most the time it's doing 80% dmg.
