Hello, I am Fede.
I'm from Argentina, I write here knowing very little English with the hope that someone will read this and write to improve the game or at least I try.
I need and want to finish putting Breach Scrambler Pistol prototype, which will lower the rate of fire Inhibitor, just a little.
Assault rifle that makes you less damage to the shield and more damage to armor.
I want you to go up damage combat assault rifle, it does not serve to kill a militia.
The gauss rifle is balanced, but I suggest you change the bonus Caldari to:
-5 Gauss rifle movement (or all Caldari weapons) per level.
This thing moves a lot when shooting, but the fight should not be Caldari or move, it would be an advantage to the Caldari, since recharging the weapon is completely useless, they think when they bonuses?
Also expected to improve the submachine assault, was formerly lethal, now it is useless, shoots very fast and makes very little damage, thank you very much.

The Assault Submachine Gun needs a look at since after the sidearm hotfix it went from an excellent sidearm to underwhelming.

I think he is saying that the ACR should get a damage buff because it does not serve to kill militia. |

Please translate to proper English. This is just out of grammar rules enough that I'm only getting a vety basic gist of what the OP is asking.
I'm assuming Argentina primary language is spanish. Im not familiar enough with grammar rules there to fully track.
WoW has taught me that Purple means Legendary. This means Quafe suits are the optimal loadout for killing all of you.

Should have read down before replying to heimdallr.
The only thing there I disagree with is the armor AR. That would be the assault rail rifle.
Other'n that looks like a solid list in line with everyone else who bothers to stress test things before posting.
