Heavy weapons are under development but no confirmation on type (AV and or AI) but there's been a ton of suggestions from plasma flamethrowers to flak cannons.

I'd settle for 5WP but regardless, this is a nice incentive to join/form a squad. WP gained from a merc kill should not count towards another orbital but installations and vehicles destroyed should imo

Secure the area before proceeding to hack and try to bring a guy to watch your back. But I do agree that starting from zero is painful, how about few hacking stages like 100% / 75% / 50% / 25% / Hacked as a crude example?
