Cloak is fine Gav. Just damp your fits, run less speed and de-cloak from a good 10-15m out. Or if you really can't adjust to it, run Shotgun Assault. You still want that SP for the hack suit, so don't even bother speccing out of it.

LP items are only useful for specialist weapons and proto suits. Specialist weapons can only be bought through the store, and the proto suits are CHEAP when bought for LP. Everything else is only useful if you don't have the skills for it.
