I doubt that CCP is going to be stingy with the suits. But to be on the safe side, wait for a match to get posted up, and join right at the start. That will guarantee that you are in for a whole match and will definitely get the suits on Tuesday.

Easy solution, don't play Skirmish. At least if someone is trying to hide in Amush or OMS you only have to have them dragging your down for 10 mins instead of 20.
