Stop running proto weapons and modules in pub matches if you can't stop from dieing. If you die alot in expensive gear than your wallet gets lighter. Why is that a mystery to people? Either control your spending, or get some back up.

Most likely, it will be a meta 1 or 2 BPC, different skin, no special features. I only say that because the Black Eagle suits were meant to represent an elite unit, hence the special sidearm slot AR.
