We can have an approximation of open world PVP by just having large districts, and even if we are still limited to 32 players in the district, that could be 6 green dots and 26 yellow dots. I like mining because it provides a non arbitrary object...

We have clone health now. If you are down, but can still be revived, then you are into clone health. If you shoot someone who is down you can take out their clone health and they will despawn.
