41. Heavy Dropsuit - in Rookie Training Grounds [original thread]
Hmm, your fitting is mostly good but the one thing that stands out the most is your grenade. Ditch the locus grenade ASAP. They are good grenades, but not for a heavy. Your HMG does more damage to armor than shields, so what you want are flux gren...

43. Heavy Dropsuit - in Rookie Training Grounds [original thread]
Which HMG are you using? I personally don't play heavy, but my buddy does and one of his big suggestions is to stack up on complex armor plating. When you think about it, heavy already has the slowest speed, so 10% of a small number isn't that muc...

Damage mods are needed for sure. The problem is like you said, it still only does enough damage to kill militias and scouts. And this is a prototype weapon with with full efficiency and a complex damage mod. The Duvolle Assault Rifle does 37.4 dam...

52. Gallente Assault users, how do you do it? - in Rookie Training Grounds [original thread]
The black and white on it makes it look deadly and awesome, but how are you guys fitting it to take advantages of the bonuses? You get 25% CPU/PG reduction on hybrid weapons, but even if you equipped the Duvolle TAR it wouldn't save you more CPU/P...

53. Assault dropsuit question - in Rookie Training Grounds [original thread]
Also worth noting that Amarr gets more CPU/PG and base total hit points, so if you wanted to do that. Actually if I recall it actually has more CPU/PG than the Gallente Assault can even save with 25% off hybrids, kind of silly.
