So I finally decided to use armor plates and a 3% damage mod(the most underrated module) on a Gallante scout fit. Surprisingly good. Pair it with a high damage weapon like the TAR or Scrambler Rifle and it is fairly easy to take down enemy suits ...

Personally, I would rather have a lot more kick and no dispersion. Dispersion is BS because it is built in 'bad hit detection'. It also makes weapons like the HMG UP. Dispersion should just be done away with.
