I love the Breach variants of assault rifles for this reason. Yes, I know they got nerfed, but they still hold their own if used correctly. As in, spray, strafe, and pray.

The way to get in the same game is to enter the same time. Queue sink, we usually do it by counting down and clicking simultaneously. Getting on the same time though is a crap shoot.
