I think that would also slow down the game a little which would be a welcomed change IMO. Everything can get so frantic on the battlefield and squads slowing down to check their TAC nets and scan would be cool. Then you can set up a real ambush. ...

Yeah, I will check if fluxes fall into the hybrid category later. Now that I think about it, it only damages shields so it can't be hybrid.
