Every time someone compares HP values between plates and extenders in a vacuum, a puppy is blown up with a Plasma Cannon. Assault Rifle damage is 34, HMG damage is 17.6, clearly the Assault Rifle is better.

Careful with that Commando balance, this is something I think we need to REALLY take slow. The Assault and Commando are too close to each other role wise, and so balancing the two is extra difficult. Which means f'ing it up is extra easy.
