Yeah, there being so many skills that simply unlock stuff while providing no passive bonuses sucks. For instance, make all the equipment related skills reduce fitting requirements, even if it's only 2 or 3 percent per level. Or make the Repair Too...

They are very likely maintaining their own master list, adding to it when the requests come in and they get around to acknowledging them. The subject line of the ticket or e-mail really has nothing to do with a delay to the first batch of respec...
