If you can try, see if the delay only happens after you throw the grenade IMMEDIATELY after firing the main weapon. This is the only reliable reproducible case we've found internally. A fix has been submitted, hopefully it'll be published soon.

Hi, What the message means is that there is a network error when downloading the files. You don't need to reinstall the game since it won't help. Normally you should just retry. Sometimes switching from wireless to wired connection also helps.
