As requested by CCP SocksFour ( ) on Twitter here is the thread.
I'm having the problem that I'm joining a battle but after 10 minutes it still loads the match. This is the 5th time this is happening to me and happened again as I write.
It seems that there is no timeout check whether the loading game in question still exists.
This is very annoying as you can imagine. Especially in the combination with your match maker which thinks it's a good idea to let someone join an ending battle 2 minutes before the end. I can assure you that players want to play more minutes than it takes to load the game...

We have an internal fix for this already, will be rolled out in the next client patch. :) |

My favorite quirk to hate is the join the match with 20 seconds remaining thus ensuring a loss is recorded because you cannot even Leave Match that quickly.

Well, if by next client patch you mean the client update today, didn't fix the problem. Infinite loading screen trying to join a game, and then quitting the game reboots my ps3. |
