The problem is the system. Doing nothing and still getting SP and ISK. If people dont want to participate in combat you cant stop them. They would go and hide and all that because they still get rewards. Now if rewards are given only to those ...

I dont see it happening , seems to complicated , maybe preset maps with day and night. What i would like is to be like in WoW , if i log on at night there should be night and if i log in the day it should be day but that wont happen either.
