I've been able to tell with certainty that the scanners' information IS revealed to my squad. however, I think that TACNET information that isn't in your POV or close enough to you to be on your minimap will not be seen by your teammates for that ...

They go best together! Let them live in harmony. One isn't better than another, unless you have maple syrup (flux grenades). But maple bacon is really good too. Also, adding scrambler eggs to this whole meal almost gives you a fully balanced break...
