If there was a dB profile boost to a suit from a module it should be a drawback of kincats not shields. But it would only apply when a player is sprinting. STD/ADV/PRO +10%/+15%/+20% dB while sprinting.

can't find it now, but a dev confirmed a while back that running/jumping/shooting/crouching/slowwalking do not affect dB/profile appearance on minimap at all.
