Take the 2 turrets from the side of the vehicle and lock them facing forward allow them to fire in sync with the main gun, this would offset the high cost and low survivability of what is otherwise an awesome aircraft.

please no, lasers already suck vs armor, when you add this to the fact its the only weapon that actually requires you to really manage your range to target further restrictions are just not necessary.
