AMARR SCOUTS SHOULD GET A REDUCTION TO SPEED PENALY OF ARMOR PLATES...... This way they can wear hevy EHP, a redution of 10%-15% to the armor penaalty.

I was thinking that a way to buff assault a fix is by giving them passive reps, like logis had but less broken. Remember that those passive reps were 1 of the key things that made the slayer/logi be possible. Here are some ideas that came to mind...

I know someone already posted the idea. Changing its 5% reload speed bonus to rail weponry to 5% (or 10%) reduction to charge time per level would be a better idea, It increases DPS indirectly and would also affect the Charged Sniper Rifle.

Is simple, just nerf the DMG prevention modules. The CPU/PG can be increased, the time it lasts can be lowered but mainly i would reduce the DMG% redcution, 60% DMG reduction for militia level is way OP (it increases by skilling).
