rail rifles were fine all the way back to 1.7 they never needed to be changed. the problem was combat rifles out dpsing ar's and doing more damage per shot than scramblers at one point. i dont know why people complain about rails.

yeah its not that big a deal my only wasted sp is in swarm launchers and its not very much. maybe 1m. to compare that i only have 7m sp spent. so 1/7th is swarms. i have 10m unallocated at the moment. so lol if i was to go a buy a respec for 1m sp.
