i have one on every scout suit because standard only has 2 lows so I can't get both and also fit dampeners, kin cats, cardio reg...i.e. 1 rep is fine when I only have 168 armor. I use the std so I have no movement penalty

Pssshhhh, whatever, get lvl 1 explosives, plant 3 RE's on MLT tank, get 150 points. It really is that easy, I have destroyed probably 20 tanks this way. Now skilled into tanks, thats something else.
