Who uses them, and why? I'm having a hard time justifying putting them on my fits. It's not that reactive plates give less HP and less reps than a regular plate or repper, it's that they give MUCH less HP and reps, while being MUCH more fitting intensive. The movement penalty on plates doesn't bug me.
Do you use them? On what fits? And why, instead of a plate or a repper? What's your goal with the reactive plates?

I use enhanced ones on scouts that only have one module left they have less speed reduction but its better than one rep or one armor plate effectively its the middle ground when it comes to a draw on reps and armor plates. i can get a dragonfly with an enhaced kin kat and enh. reactive and end up with a best fit that cost about 4 k and get me 10 - 30 kills a game tend to die a lot tho to yet it is very effective

I use them for low Armor suits that don't have a high repair rate or none at all. Better than wasting two slots for an Armor Plate and a Repairer.
I occasionally put them on suits that already have passive Armor Reps to boost the rep amount.

I use the basic ones on a few of my Minmatar Assault suits, as they have no speed penalty, while also giving me some extra HP and a 3HP/s armor regen rate.

For me they're only for my scout suits, specifically G-1 and G/1 suits. I don't have enough buffer to justify a big repper, but I also can't have no reps, so I go with a basic or enhanced reactive plate because it leaves a slot free for a profile dampener. |

i have one on every scout suit because standard only has 2 lows so I can't get both and also fit dampeners, kin cats, cardio reg...i.e.
1 rep is fine when I only have 168 armor. I use the std so I have no movement penalty
